Terms and Conditions /Only For Recreations
Recreations I T&C
Recreations are projects aimed at creating a replica (almost exact) of their real-life version. These may come from festivals or events seen in real life or replicated in their virtual version. The recreation is built entirely from scratch, meaning the stage is created entirely by our team and its components. Their use can vary, but in general, they are used to host events on platforms and to test lighting or practical effects.
From 2024 onward, Hearkken stages feature nearly exact scales to the original stages. However, the intention is not always to recreate a stage identically but rather to create a version as close as possible. Their distribution on the website is limited since we do not own the intellectual property of the design itself. For this reason, their sale is regulated to avoid issues. Additionally, the client has the right to remove logos or references to the event if desired (this can be done through the 3D model’s file explorer).
The use and distribution are free as long as credit is given to the original project creator and the person who recreated it in its 3D version. Resale to third parties is prohibited unless it is not intended for commercial purposes.
