How we sell our stages 🧾

We sell our stages virtually, offering both recreated projects and original designs by our brand. On our website, you’ll find a virtual store where you can purchase the projects you want. Each project comes in a universal format, allowing you to export it to various programs that support this type of format.

Of course, as a buyer, you have the rightto contact us and request a different format, and we’ll gladly provide it for you.

Our original stages have unlimited availability, meaning they can be sold freely on our website. On the other hand, recreated stages have a limited availability of 10 units per product, meaning they are sold in limited quantities until stock runs out.

How can I purchase a stage?

after entering the store and purchasing a stage, a PDF will automatically download. This PDF contains a direct download link for the stage (Each project is saved and shared exclusively with the buyer), allowing you to download the complete stage.

CREATIONS AND RECREATIONS

Recreations I T&C

Recreations are projects aimed at creating a replica (almost exact) of their real-life version. These may come from festivals or events seen in real life or replicated in their virtual version. The recreation is built entirely from scratch, meaning the stage is created entirely by our team and its components. Their use can vary, but in general, they are used to host events on platforms and to test lighting or practical effects.

From 2024 onward, Hearkken stages feature nearly exact scales to the original stages. However, the intention is not always to recreate a stage identically but rather to create a version as close as possible. Their distribution on the website is limited since we do not own the intellectual property of the design itself. For this reason, their sale is regulated to avoid issues. Additionally, the client has the right to remove logos or references to the event if desired (this can be done through the 3D model’s file explorer).

The use and distribution are free as long as credit is given to the original project creator and the person who recreated it in its 3D version. Resale to third parties is prohibited unless it is not intended for commercial purposes.

Creations are projects with original concepts designed by the developers of Hearkken Adaptative. Their goal is to create a music stage where the design and lighting concepts are unique. They may incorporate elements from other stages and combine them to create an entirely new concept. Starting in 2024, stages are scaled according to the original creator’s ideas, aiming to produce unique concepts that merge different pieces into one.

In the case of the brand’s virtual store, the stages created have unlimited availability, meaning they can only be sold freely by Hearkken Adaptative. For commissioned creations, the intellectual property of the project is shared between Hearkken and the client. However, Hearkken cannot resell these projects to any third party or on its website. The ownership remains solely with the creator of the concept, and Hearkken cannot sell or distribute the complete design.

Creations designed under the Hearkken Originals brand are fully the intellectual property of Hearkken. The client has the right to remove the logo if desired but is not allowed to distribute or sell the design to third parties, as this would violate the copyright of the development brand.
