We work across all scales and levels of complexity, whether the project is based on a real-world reference, an original creation by our team, or a concept the client wants to bring into 3D.

Entire areas can also be recreated as part of a single project. provided the client clearly specifies or requests it.

The level of detail varies according to the client’s needs, but our standard delivery typically falls within a medium-to-high level of detail. If the client requires a fully optimized project, optimization can be provided upon request. Once the quotation is approved, we keep the client updated throughout the process and offer support in case of issues or if additional features are requested (which may affect the final price).

The development time depends directly on the type of stage and the level of detail required by the client. In general, a small to medium stage may take up to 1–2 weeks to complete, while larger or more complex stages can take up to 3–4 weeks. The timeline is directly influenced by the required level of detail and the overall concept of the project.

Delivery formats are provided according to the client’s needs. Hearkken Commissions typically delivers projects in widely supported formats such as .OBJ, .MTL, .FBX, .COLLADA (.DAE), or any other format supported by our editing software.

The stagecan be specifically optimized for lighting software or other types of editing programs upon request. Clients should clearly understand the intended purpose of the project and the software it will be used with.

This delivery also includes textures and external details that are developed directly within our production environment.

For more professional projects that require precise scaling and advanced optimization for editing purposes, a dedicated discussion must be arranged. These are larger-scale projects that demand a higher level of detail, accurate dimensions, and professional scaling standards.

Clients are expected to clearly communicate the type of project they need and understand that models scaled in one software may need to be rescaled in another program to ensure correct dimensional interpretation. This is a technical aspect of scaling that the client should also be aware of.

By default, these stages are intended for visualization purposes. If the client requires a more technically precise or professional use, this must be clearly communicated to the team in advance.

Payments are processed through three primary platforms currently supported by Hearkken Adaptive 3D Stage Development: PayPal, Bold.co, and Mercado Pago. These options are intended to facilitate transactions for an international audience.

Each project must be paid for in advance. Projects cannot be reserved without payment; once the payment is completed, the project is officially scheduled. At that point, we update the project status and define both the start date and the estimated completion date.

For larger projects, a split payment is recommended: 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon project completion, as agreed upon with the client.
