Creations I T&C

Creations are projects with original concepts designed by the developers of Hearkken Adaptative. Their goal is to create a music stage where the design and lighting concepts are unique. They may incorporate elements from other stages and combine them to create an entirely new concept. Starting in 2024, stages are scaled according to the original creator’s ideas, aiming to produce unique concepts that merge different pieces into one.

In the case of the brand’s virtual store, the stages created have unlimited availability, meaning they can only be sold freely by Hearkken Adaptative. For commissioned creations, the intellectual property of the project is shared between Hearkken and the client. However, Hearkken cannot resell these projects to any third party or on its website. The ownership remains solely with the creator of the concept, and Hearkken cannot sell or distribute the complete design.

Creations designed under the Hearkken Originals brand are fully the intellectual property of Hearkken. The client has the right to remove the logo if desired but is not allowed to distribute or sell the design to third parties, as this would violate the copyright of the development brand.
