1. What are the benefits of my subscription?
By subscribing, you unlock a specific tier of rewards delivered via email or Discord. We offer tailored benefits whether you are a Fan of our events and games, or a Developer/3D Enthusiast. Perks range from significant store discounts and VIP access (Moderator/Admin roles) to the ability to choose your favorite stage designs in our higher-tier plans.
2. What information is required to subscribe?
To activate your plan, a valid Email Address is mandatory for benefit delivery. We also require your Name (real or nickname) and your Roblox Username if you participate in our events or games. While optional, we highly recommend joining our Official Discord Server to receive live updates.
3. What are props and special package perks?
Our subscriptions are divided into specialized experiences:
• Event Experience: Early access, Moderator/Admin roles, and a custom 3D statue on the Mainstage (up to 1m × 1m × 1m).
• Asset Access: Tier-based access to small, medium, or large-scale Hearkken stage files.
• Dev & VIP Access: Weekly previews and Diamond Plan contact with the CEO for personalized 3D and lighting guidance.
• Annual Plans: Permanent Admin status, priority recognition, and consolidated rates.
4. Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. At Hearkken, we respect your financial autonomy. We do not store your billing credentials for auto-renewal. You have total control to manually renew your subscription whenever you choose. For inquiries, contact info@hearkken.com.
5. Which payment methods are officially accepted?
We process all official payments through PayPal (USD/EUR), Payoneer, and Bold. These are the only authorized channels for Hearkken transactions to ensure the security of your international payments.
