1. What do I receive after purchasing a 3D asset?

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a PDF document containing a direct access link to our Hearkken GDC (General Download Center) via Google Drive. There, you can download the .ZIP file. The PDF also includes the necessary encryption password to unlock your 3D models and access important technical documentation.

2. How do I extract the files after downloading?

You can use standard software like WinRaR or 7-Zip. Alternatively, you can use the Command Prompt (CMD) by typing the command tar -xf followed by the file path. We use the latest compression formats to ensure file integrity; if your operating system encounters any version conflicts during extraction, please contact us at info@hearkken.com for assistance.

3. Which file formats does Hearkken support?

Our assets are optimized for over 50 industry-leading 3D software applications. We provide comprehensive texture folders and support for the following formats: .BLEND, .3MF, .GLTF, .OBJ, .MTL, .FBX, and .RBXM.

4. How do I apply my subscription discount?

Your exclusive discount code will be sent directly to your registered Email or Discord account. To redeem it, simply enter the code in the “Add Coupons” section within your Shopping Cart before finalizing the checkout. The discount corresponding to your subscription tier will be applied automatically.

5. Which payment methods are accepted?

We offer a variety of secure international payment gateways integrated directly into our platform. Currently, we accept PayPal, Payoneer, Bold, and Mercado Pago to facilitate seamless transactions from anywhere in the world.

When you purchase a project, we will provide you with a download link for the file. Please note that this link is only available for 2 downloads and will expire in approximately 5 days. The download includes a PDF where you will find the necessary information to access the file.

Upon downloading your project, you will receive a PDF file. This document contains the Google Drive download link, the file encryption key (for the encrypted .ZIP archive), the project type, and the formats included.

At the bottom of the document, you will find relevant contact information to reach our team in case you experience any issues.

Note: The link opens through Google. Simply copy and paste the Drive link into your browser to access the file.

Once you open the link, you will find a Drive folder containing several documents: the promotional images for your project, the PDF file, and the 3D models. These include full textures and files in .BLEND, .3MF, .GLTF, .OBJ, .MTL, .FBX, and Roblox (.RBXM) formats. You can unlock these by copying and pasting your encryption password, which is located in the Download PDF.
